Answer as you actually are, not as you would describe yourself at an interview. There are no desirable answers here, and nobody else sees the result unless you choose to send it to yourself.
Each statement describes a disposition — a way you tend to operate when things are ordinary. It is deliberately not about pressure. What happens to you under pressure is a different question, and a harder one.
Please answer every statement. The profile is meaningless with gaps in it.
A profile is a map, not a verdict. It tells you the shape of your disposition on an ordinary Tuesday. It does not tell you what happens to that shape when the stakes rise — and that second thing is the one that decides your career.

An honest note on what this is. This is a structured self-report, not a psychometric instrument. It is not normed, not validated and not predictive, and it must not be treated as though it were. Its value is that it makes an implicit disposition explicit, in language precise enough to argue with. If a result feels wrong, that disagreement is itself worth examining — but it is not evidence that the instrument is broken.
