The fit call

Thirty minutes, and an honest answer

This is not a sales call. It is a screening call, and I mean that in both directions — I am establishing whether I can be useful to you, and you are establishing whether you can bear to be in a room with me for the next several months.

Three outcomes are possible, and all three are acceptable.

  • One of the two pathways fits. We discuss which, and why, and you go away and decide in your own time.
  • Neither fits, but something else does. Perhaps your employer should be paying, in which case the work routes through Vantaris Consulting under a different architecture. Perhaps what you need is a different practitioner entirely, and I will name one.
  • This is not the right work at all. If what you are carrying is clinical, or you are in acute distress, or you are under a live performance process, I will tell you plainly and refer you properly. This happens, it is not a wasted conversation, and it is the single most useful thing I can do for you.

Please do not include anything you would be uncomfortable sending by email. Anything of genuine sensitivity is better said on the call.
